Though we encourage you to be as suave as you want to be, please keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event. Please dress accordingly.
No. An any attempts at "gate-crashing", those offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

No, they are not. If security finds that you are passing around your wristband to those without a band, you will be escorted off of the property and will not recieve a refund.
Please contact your ticket provider directly. If you require us to re-send your ticket(s), please send an e-mail including your Order ID and we can assist.
Unfortunately all tickets are non-transferable and we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.
Please bring your new card & official form of ID with you and a letter / bill that matches your account’s address and you will be able to exchange for your eventwristband.
All I Ever Dreamed is an All Ages event, however, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets and to enter the VIP designated areas.

The festival is a rain or shine event. Please check the weather beforehand and dress accordingly.
No professional cameras, drones, or recording equipment are allowed without approved media credentials.
With the exception of registered and leashed service animals, no pets are permitted on the festival grounds.
No, there is a strict no re-entry policy. Once you leave the festival gates, you will not be allowed back in.

On-site parking is available in designated lots. We highly recommend carpooling or using rideshare apps as parking fills up quickly.
Yes, we have a limited number of secure lockers available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve them online closer to the festival date.
We are a fully cashless festival. All major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) are accepted at all vendor and merchandise locations.
Free public Wi-Fi is not provided. However, mobile cell service generally works well throughout the venue depending on your carrier.
Yes, strollers and collapsible wagons are permitted for families attending with young children.
Yes! We have several charging stations located near the main lounge areas. Remember to bring your own charging cable.
No, tailgating, grilling, and consuming alcohol in the parking lots are strictly prohibited and enforced by local authorities.
Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food or drink, large backpacks, glass containers, and laser pointers. All bags are subject to search at the gate.
Yes, there will be multiple ATMs located throughout the festival grounds for your convenience.
